Introduction

Get to know your home game server. Set it up, add your collection, and make every file available from one library.

What is Teatro?

Teatro is a self-hosted library server for your DRM-free Windows games and console ROMs. It keeps game files on your disk, stores their catalog in SQLite, and gives you a browser interface to organize and download them.

A single Rust server provides both the player library and the administration interface. There is no separate database service and no frontend build step to run the application.

How it fits together

Your server
Stores the catalog, game files and cached covers. You choose the machine and storage.
Your browser
Open / to browse and download. Open /admin to import games, edit metadata and follow Jobs.
Your player
Play on your own device. Dependency-aware clients can use Teatro's focused ROMM-compatible API for complete grouped downloads.

Teatro does not emulate or launch games, execute Windows installers, or include ROMs. Bring only files you have the right to possess and use.

What you can do

Choose your next step

Want to see the browser first? The interactive library preview shows real games with sample library data and never connects to a real server.
